Auto Accident Injuries

Being involved in an auto accident can be frightening, scary and disorienting. Take a deep breath get your bearings and focus.

We will guide you step-by-step on what to do next:

  1. Do a damage assessment of your body. Does your head hurt? Can you move freely? Are you bleeding? If you're bleeding, grab a towel and apply direct pressure to the area.

  2. Look at your surroundings. If you're able to move your car to a safe area on the road, do it now. If not, stay where you are.

  3. Decision to call the police or not is completely up to you.

  4. Are you capable of getting out of your vehicle?

  • If so, make sure you do it in a safe manner, checking your surroundings, making sure you will not be hit by another vehicle.

  • If not, stay in your vehicle until the police come.

  5. Pull out your cell phone and begin to take pictures.

  • Your vehicle damage

  • Other party’s vehicle damage

  • Driver's license

  • Insurance policy

If you have called the police by now, they should have arrived, and they will get all this information for you and give you a Case Number.

   6. Once you have all the information; you are going to want to go to the hospital. If you call the police, more than likely, the ambulance will be there. It is completely up to you if you want to go in the ambulance. But remember they are expensive. If you are capable of taking yourself or having somebody else take you, it is completely your decision.
